Players will be placed on teams by individual age group coordinators. Age Coordinators will try to form teams locally (nearby schools), however this is not guaranteed.
The Age Coordinator will do their best to honor buddy requests as long as there are enough spots available on the team. Those who register early have a higher chance of their request being honored, however no buddy request is guaranteed.
Eagle Mountain Youth Soccer has a no refund policy.
A player registration fee is established each year to pay for necessary program expenses such as uniforms, team equipment, field equipment and maintenance, league administrative support, accident reimbursement plan, liability insurance, State Office administration and national USYS dues.
UYSA leagues are authorized to set their own registration fees, subject to approval by their District Committee. The fee charged by the State Office for administration shall be uniform for all members throughout the State. The Board of Directors at their discretion can offer incoming leagues lower fees for a limited time.
In rare situations, we may refund. Only the league president or the authorized agent that collects the registration fees, can authorize a refund of any or all of the registration fees. Neither the district nor the state has the authority to change the league president's decision. If a decision is made to refund, the UYSA and convenience fees are never refunded.
Play Up
You can request to have your player play up a year (they will play on a team with older players). If you choose to do this, please contact your Age Coordinator. Please keep in mind that players can only play up one year. For example, a five year old (U6) can play with the (U7-U8), but a four year old (U5) cannot play with the U7-U8 players.
Playing at the District and State levels will also help your child improve their abilities as they play at higher levels.
