U7/U8 Competition
​This is a high-level recreation program. It is a step above the regular recreation program. The program identifies advanced players who want to move on to competition play in the U9 age group.

Registration
After tryouts the coach will give you a player code to register. Once you have that code, click on the above link.
Find the name of your team in your UYSA account, then look up your teams schedule.
Eagle Mountain Youth Soccer is a 100% volunteer organization. Coaches and Team Managers are volunteer parents of players on each team. If you are interested in forming a team click the above link.

Team Creation
Tryouts are held to form teams to make sure we have the right players in the program. Not everyone makes a team at this level, as it is dependent on spots available.
Season Start/Game locations
The season starts the third week of March or the third week of August.
Games will be held at Corey Wride Memorial Park . The players will be trained throughout the summer and 1 additional training per week during the season. The players will train with their coaches once a week also.

Ages
The Juniors program is specifically for U7 and U8 age level. The Age Matrix is set up by US Youth Soccer and Utah Youth Soccer Association. Players will be placed on teams based on the year they are born. Players may play up one year if desired.

Equipment
All players are required to have shin guards. Cleats are recommended but not required. Toe cleats and metal cleats are not allowed. If not wearing cleats closed toe shoes are required. Players may not play with anything officials deem to be dangerous to themselves or others. This includes but is not limited to jewelry, watches, hats, casts, illegal shoes or illegal cleats.
